PLEASE NOTE:
New items being returned must not be taken out of original packaging or be used in any way , a 10% handling surcharge and the cost of postage will be applied.

If New items being returned needs to be re-packaged or has been used in any way a further 10% surcharge will be deducted.

Any order cancellations will result in an administration fee of 4% of total amount due to charges from our payment gateway providers.

All electrical PCB boards , control panels etc etc, will not be accepted as a return , we are not here simply for customers to test there problems out with our products and return an item once it has been fitted .To save your self money employ a qualified engineer who knows his job and knows how and what to test.

Postage Terms and Conditions

All our postage is Mainland UK Only with Royal Mail, all highlands and islands could incur an additional charge which will follow once an order has been placed in the way of an invoice .

We use Royal Mail 48 Hr Tracked for all our smaller jiffy bag items, if next day is required please let us know and we`ll send an invoice for the extra charge.

We aim to get orders delivered within 48Hrs Tracked, although Royal Mail do have 30 days in which to deliver.

Larger parcels may well be delivered by Parcel Force or another Courier.
